ELCA coronary laser atherectomy catheters are designed to cross, prepare and treat the most difficult coronary lesions (download PDF brochure). ELCA is designed with optimally spaced fibers for improved performance and available in Rapid-Exchange and Over-the-Wire models in sizes from 0.9 mm to 2.0 mm. Its concentric and eccentric tip designs are targeted for lesion-specific treatment.
ELCA has a broad range of approved indications including lesions that previously failed PTCA, total occlusions traversable by a guidewire, occluded saphenous vein grafts, restenosis in 316L stainless steel stents prior to brachytherapy, ostial lesions, long lesions (>20 mm) and moderately calcified lesions.
